  1. Tim,

I am so excited for you and Adam! I am excited to read your book! I often think about the things that you told us both in class and on the team at Eaglecrest High School. You have definitely been an inspiration in my life and helped me reach my goal of getting into Medical School. I am now a second year in Virginia, starting to prepare for boards and the fun of clinical rotations starting next year!

Thank you for all that you have done and CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!

    Take Care,

    Caitlin

    • Thanks Caitlin! I remember you well. Congratulations on Med School and good luck with your studies and boards! Thanks for supporting the book and the kind words! I hope you enjoy it! Tim

  2. An inspirational duo– I can’t wait to get my hands on the book. The intro alone has got my blood pumping viciously and my legs itching to head out on the trails. I would love to talk to you guys about the process of writing. I am inspired not only to keep my training going, but also to write my own book. Thank you for that!

  3. Amazing! I run with a group of 20+ amazing people/runners/friends. Your last paragragh above summarizes so much I’ve overlooked. I want to be faster, I want to be better, I want to be like “somebody else.” I’m overlooking my own personal set of attributes. Can’t wait to own your book.
